BIO

Music has always been a part of Chris's life growing up. He was born into a family full of musicians. Inspired by Kenny G and the musicians in his father's church, God planted a seed in his heart as a child with the dream and passion to learn how to play the saxophone. The path to learning was not so easy as he didn't have the means to buy a saxophone or pay for lessons. In patient faith, one day a client of his father's left behind an old saxophone that he took home. Chris cleaned it up in eagerness to play only to find that he was nothing short of awful. One day he encountered a captivating saxophonist while going for a walk. Through determination, he persisted until the saxophonist agreed to teach him. With humble beginnings, Chris continues to persist in the midst of adversity in pursuit of the dreams God has given him.

Today Chris is a phenomenal, head-turning saxophonist playing jazz, R&B, pop, and funk music. Music is a way for him to bring happiness into the lives of others.
